organic milk is a relatively cheap alternative to regular milk, and if you want to save money, it’s cheaper than buying regular milk.
But some people find the quality of organic milk to be lacking, while others find the taste of organic to be strong.
This is because the milk used in organic farming is treated with antibiotics.
Organic milk is often labelled as “non-GMO”, but it’s not.
“Organic” is a bit of a misnomer, says Dr Sarah Smith, a registered dietitian and dietician from the University of Edinburgh.

You’ll have to buy the milk you want from a certified organic milk farm to get the best quality of milk, Dr Smith says.
If you want a more natural taste, organic milk might be a better choice.
In addition to organic milk, you’ll find products such as soy, almond and rice milk in the supermarket, as well as the more expensive alternative of milk from cows fed a GM diet.
You’ll also find organic milk in supermarkets in countries such as Australia, France and the UK, but some farmers may not have access to a certified facility to produce organic milk.
Organic milk also contains some nutrients that other milk products don’t, and it’s generally better for the environment.
“A lot of organic is going to contain some nutrients, but that’s a matter of taste and what the individual consumer likes,” says Dr Smith.

“I think that the health benefits of organic are very low and the risk of some side effects is low,” Dr Smith said.

“The quality of the milk is poor,” says Sarah.
“You’ll find some nutrients in the milk that aren’t present in other milk, which is a problem.
Some of the vitamins in the organic milk can be very high in vitamin A, which can cause heart problems.”
Some dairy farmers also use hormones in their cows to make them grow bigger and faster.
And, as with any product, there are some who feel that organic milk doesn’t suit their taste.
Dr Smith says that organic farmers may be less careful about using antibiotics on their animals, and may use less antibiotics.
“Some of these antibiotics used in dairy are commonly used for human health,” she said.
But, “organic milk is not the only option.
There are many other milk producers around the world who are doing this to produce milk with fewer antibiotics and have better health outcomes.”
If you’re looking for organic milk for the healthiest option, Dr Sarah recommends going to a dairy farm where they are using more antibiotics and reducing the use of antibiotics.
“If you want the health and taste of the best organic milk you can buy, go to a farm where you can see the cows growing,” she says.
